At Grupo Tracsa<\/strong> we strive every day to ensure that our employees can develop professionally under the best conditions<\/strong> in optimal working environments<\/strong>. With a human approach<\/strong>, that places our talent as a priority, we constantly implement initiatives dedicated to strengthening our organizational culture that directly benefit the people who work with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To quantify the impact of our efforts, since 2022 we have turned to the Great Place To Work\u00ae Mexico<\/strong> organization, which is dedicated to evaluating <\/strong>and certifying <\/strong>the quality of the work environment<\/strong> within Mexican companies through a two-step process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the first stage, the employees’ experience<\/strong> is assessed through the application of the Trust Index\u2122 survey<\/strong>, whose content focuses on five dimensions of trust: three of them focus on the actions of the leaders(credibility<\/strong>, respect <\/strong>and fairness<\/strong>), while the remaining two (pride <\/strong>and sense of belonging<\/strong>) are related to the interaction of the employees with each other and with the organization in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the second stage, the company completes the Culture Brief\u2122<\/strong>, a questionnaire on organizational culture<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only companies with 70% or more<\/strong> of employees whose work experience<\/strong> is consistently positive<\/strong> can aspire to the Great Place To Work\u00ae Mexico<\/strong> certification, which records the trust index of the organization based on the average of the responses of the Trust Index\u2122<\/strong> survey and has the endorsement of the Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification<\/strong>, A.C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a participation of 79% (2,330 out of a total of 2,949 employees), Grupo Tracsa<\/strong> obtained for the first time the GPTW\u00ae<\/strong> Mexico<\/strong> certification in November 2022 <\/strong>with a satisfaction rate of 77% and a confidence index of 85%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In November 2023<\/strong> we got it again. On this occasion, 2,470 out of a total of 3,632 employees participated and we surpassed the previous year’s satisfaction figures<\/strong> with a satisfaction rate of 79% and a trust index of 86% in our organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the GPTW\u00ae Mexico<\/strong>‘s portal<\/a>, this translates into 86% of our employees agreeing that Grupo Tracsa is a Great Place to Work<\/strong>, compared to an average of 59% in a typical company in Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our commitment <\/strong>is to continue implementing strategies to continuously optimize our organizational culture<\/strong> and guarantee the best experience for our employees<\/strong> by continuously monitoring, evaluating and certifying our human talent processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
