With a <strong>human approach<\/strong>, that places our talent as a priority, we constantly implement initiatives dedicated to strengthening our organizational culture that directly benefit the people who work with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To quantify the impact of our efforts, since 2022 we have turned to the <strong>Great Place To Work\u00ae Mexico<\/strong> organization, which is dedicated to <strong>evaluating <\/strong>and <strong>certifying <\/strong>the <strong>quality of the work environment<\/strong> within Mexican companies through a two-step process.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first stage, the <strong>employees&#8217; experience<\/strong> is assessed through the application of the <strong>Trust Index\u2122 survey<\/strong>, whose content focuses on five dimensions of trust: three of them focus on the actions of the leaders<strong>(credibility<\/strong>, <strong>respect <\/strong>and <strong>fairness<\/strong>), while the remaining two <strong>(pride <\/strong>and <strong>sense of belonging<\/strong>) are related to the interaction of the employees with each other and with the organization in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second stage, the company completes the <strong>Culture Brief\u2122<\/strong>, a questionnaire on <strong>organizational culture<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only companies with <strong>70% or more<\/strong> of employees whose <strong>work experience<\/strong> is <strong>consistently positive<\/strong> can aspire to the <strong>Great Place To Work\u00ae Mexico<\/strong> certification, which records the trust index of the organization based on the average of the responses of the <strong>Trust Index\u2122<\/strong> survey and has the endorsement of the <strong>Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification<\/strong>, A.C.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a participation of 79% (2,330 out of a total of 2,949 employees), <strong>Grupo Tracsa<\/strong> obtained for the first time the <strong>GPTW\u00ae<\/strong><strong> Mexico<\/strong> certification in November <strong>2022 <\/strong>with a satisfaction rate of 77% and a confidence index of 85%.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November <strong>2023<\/strong> we got it again.
