Based on articles 15 and 16 and other applicable articles of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, we inform you that Tracsa, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with address at Avenida Periférico Sur in the Colonia Santa María Tequepexpan, in the city of Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, is responsible for safeguarding your personal data, the use given to them and their protection in accordance with the aforementioned Law.

On the other hand, we inform you that your data may be transferred to entities of the same group or interest of the company, national or foreign, with the general objective of fulfilling the purposes for which you have provided your data. Specific purposes: sales, customer service, collection and electronic invoicing.
In the event that we do not obtain your express opposition for your personal data to be used and/or transferred in the manner and terms described above, we will understand that you have tacitly granted your consent to do so.
