At Grupo Tracsa we strive every day to ensure that our employees can develop professionally under the best conditions in optimal working environments. With a human approach that places our talent as a priority, we constantly implement initiatives dedicated to strengthening our organizational culture that directly benefit the people who work with us.
To quantify the impact of our efforts, since 2022 we have turned to the Great Place To Work® Mexico organization, which is dedicated to evaluating and certifying the quality of the work environment within Mexican companies through a two-step process.
During the first stage, the employees’ experience is assessed through the application of the Trust Index™ survey, whose content focuses on five dimensions of trust: three of them focus on the actions of the leaders(credibility, respect and fairness), while the remaining two(pride and sense of belonging) are related to the interaction of the employees with each other and with the organization in general.
In the second stage, the company completes the Culture Brief™, a questionnaire on organizational culture.
Only companies with 70% or more of employees whose work experience is consistently positive can aspire to the Great Place To Work® Mexico certification, which records the trust index of the organization based on the average of the responses of the Trust Index™ survey and has the endorsement of the Mexican Institute of Standardization and Certification, A.C.
With a participation of 79% (2,330 out of a total of 2,949 employees), Grupo Tracsa obtained for the first time the GPTW® Mexico certification in November 2022 with a satisfaction rate of 77% and a confidence index of 85%.
In November 2023 we obtained recertification. On this occasion, 2,470 out of a total of 3,632 employees participated and we surpassed the previous year’s satisfaction figures with a satisfaction rate of 79% and a confidence index of 86% in our organization.
According to the GPTW® Mexico portal, this translates into 86% of our employees agreeing that Grupo Tracsa is a Great Place to Work, compared to an average of 59% in a typical company in Mexico.
