On October 6, El Camionero took a step forward in its quest to improve its customer service with the opening of a new warehouse located at De Las Rosas 83, Santa María Tequepexpan, C. P. 45601, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. The new facilities are designed to make operations more efficient and reinforce the reliability that characterizes the brand.
Necessary growth
The new warehouse will enable El Camionero to achieve greater independence and growth as its own brand. In addition, the Total Trucks Mexico trading company, part of Grupo Tracsa, will be able to expand its reach, improve efficiency in inventory management and meet customer demand more effectively. This will strengthen its market presence and its ability to offer quality service by consolidating its position as a reliable and growing company.
The inauguration
The event began with a tour of the facility led by managers, salespeople and stockists. Attendees were organized into groups, which were introduced to the storage capacities, part numbers and products in the El Camionero catalog. In addition, visitors enjoyed a meal and some customers shared video testimonials about the benefits of working with the brand. During the tour, exhibitors were shown displays of key parts and the main brands handled. The session concluded with the delivery of special kits as a token of appreciation to the participants.
Engineer Juan Carlos Uribe, director of TTM, offered a few words to the participants, in which he highlighted the key aspects of having their own warehouse and the confidence they can place in it to guarantee the profitability of their businesses, ensuring that they will have access to the products they need at the right time. Francisco Gómez, manager of El Camionero, also addressed the audience and shared his enthusiasm for the sustained growth in recent years.
