Grupo Tracsa is pleased to announce that ten of its companies, as well as Fundación Tracsa, have obtained the Great Place to Work® Mexico recognition from the international organization Great Place to Work® Institute, which is awarded to companies that demonstrate an excellent work environment. This distinction reflects our commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of all our employees, which is present in each of our initiatives.
To obtain this recognition, Fundación Tracsa and each of the accredited companies have participated in a rigorous evaluation through surveys and evidence, among other instruments to measure organizational culture and employee experience. This assessment verifies that standards or criteria are met in five dimensions of the GPTW® Model©: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and fellowship.
The results of the evaluation show that Tracsa Cat, its division Tracsa Energía, Sitsa, Agtrac, T-Renta, TTM, Trensa, Llantrac, EVFlex, Finmaq, Alaya and Fundación Tracsa have managed to create a work environment in which employees feel valued, respected and motivated, and of which they highlight the quality of communication and collaboration between the different departments, the transparency and honesty of the management, and the flexibility and support they receive to balance their work and personal lives.
This recognition is a source of pride for all of Grupo Tracsa, as well as an incentive to continue improving the organizational culture and the experience of the employees of each of our companies with the implementation of various initiatives to promote their well-being and development.
